These clients had a limited budget, but were looking to update their recently purchased, early 1960's home in a way that would appeal to them, as well as to future prospective home buyers in five years. This was accomplished by installing new flooring, countertops and cabinet hardware in the kitchen area (not pictured); they hope to reface the cabinetry at a later date. In the bathrooms, we kept the same footprint, but renovated with affordable cabinetry, tile, fixtures and flooring to update their appearance. All spaces received a fresh coat of paint based on a coordinated color plan.
